Dhaka – Tinashe Panyangara delivered his career best 5-59 to help Zimbabwe keep the match evenly poised against Bangladesh at stumps on the second day of the first test on Sunday.
Panyangara’s maiden five-for helped dismiss Bangladesh for 25 after which Zimbabwe made 5-0, and trailing by 9 runs.
Vusi Sibanda was batting on 5with Regis Chakabva on 0 before the bails were drawn.
Bangladesh took a 14-run lead in the first innings.
Captain Mushfiqur Rahim was the topscorer for the home side with 64 while Mahmudullah made 63.
Mominul Haque with 53 was the other notable contributor.
