Danielle Hoskins, who is handling the sale for Maskell’s, says the 3378m² property is set above road level with 30m frontage on to the street.
It consists of a light-frame steel structure, with an IBR pitched roof, and face-brick walls, housing office and workshop areas.
The largest of the structures (360m²) consists of office, kitchen, ablution, storage and workshop space.
