WEX2 occupants will enjoy access to the nearby WEX1 facilities that made the original development so popular, including use of the same pool, gym, residents’ bar and lounge, laundry and internal garden atrium.

It is also on the doorstep of the Woodstock Exchange, home to creative industries, shops, offices and cafes. The development is situated about 3km from the city centre, and offers easy access to the Woodstock railway station, MyCiTi bus routes and cycle lanes.

It is also within 20 minutes’ drive of Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront and the rest of the Foreshore. Each compact unit will have Smeg appliances, vinyl timber floors, a smart utility meter, access to fast fibre internet and an electric bike, says Signatura managing director David Cohen.

Spanning ground, first and second floors, WEX2 units will range from a 22m² studio for R895 000 to a one-bedroom apartment comprising a 39m² internal area plus 35m² garden, offered at R1.695 million. Occupation is scheduled for the end of next year.
