Contractors at The Village at Langebaan Country Estate have finished building the retirement development’s show house and have handed the keys to developer Craig Scott.

Construction of the show house began last year. It has been furnished and fitted and is open daily for visitors and interested parties to view. It is the first completed home on the retirement estate, launched in October.

Scott, who successfully turned Langebaan Country Estate around, explains the development team painstakingly researched property trends in the retirement market and applied the best knowledge and resources available to produce the first showcase of the retirement estate.

The two-bedroom home has a study which could be used as a third bedroom, open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms fitted with safety features, a fireplace, a patio with braai area, elevated garden beds and a double garage.

It has been tastefully decorated and furnished with the guidance of Paul Luck of Lightspace, who has brought in beautiful warm, natural West Coast tones, in keeping with the beauty Langebaan has to offer.

“We are thrilled to announce our show house is open for viewing – this is a product I am truly proud of,” says Scott.
