“North coastal residential developments, such as at Zimbali, Mount Edgecombe Golf Estate, Umhlanga, La Lucia Ridge, Simbithi, Ballito, Blythedale and Palm Lakes have boosted demand for industrial property in the Mount Edgecombe area.
“It also has a strong supply of labour from the neighbouring areas of Stanger, Tongaat, Verulam and KwaMashu,” Pillay says. “There is likely to be strong interest in these two properties in Vista Park 1 which has easy access to the N2.”
