The KZN properties on offer are:
* An established shopping complex at 532 Dr Chota Motala Drive in Raisethorpe, Pietermaritzburg.
The mall is anchored by Shoprite with long-standing tenants including KFC, Pep Stores, African Bank and Medikist Pharmacy. The property has a gross lettable area of over 5000m² and is situated on a plot of 6700m².
* Greytown Shopping Centre on the corner of Sargeant and Oakes streets in Greytown.

* Pioneer Foods warehouse at 5 Cardiff Road, Willowtown. The GLA for this Pietermaritzburg listed fund disposal is over 3000m².
