Tenders for the purchase of a luxury guest house and adjacent manor house in Paarl are being accepted by Home and Hectare, who is selling the property in collaboration with KW Realty.

The Swiss-styled, four-star Auberge de Courtrai, an established, well-known hospitality brand with more than 65% occupancy and high ratings from both local and overseas visitors, is being sold as the owner is retiring.

The guest house and manor house - on tender as a going concern with all contents and furniture included - feature a total of 11 bedrooms, with four in the manor house which also has a flatlet. The property is situated on a plot of 3387m² with a total of 922m² under roof.

The elegant manor house, which has a wine cellar, kitchen and study, could be used for functions or conferences.

Tender options for the property, in the heart of the Cape winelands, cover both collective or individual ownership of the two buildings and will close on Friday at noon. Submission forms are available from the BKB offices at Cecilia Square in Paarl.
