Bidway Auction House will sell the contents of a mini-market at an auction at its Woodstock premises at 11am on March 19.

“The assets on offer must be sold urgently,” says auctioneer Stef Olivier.

“To this end, they had to be seized from the supermarket premises in a forced removal in the early hours of the morning,” he says.

Among the many items which will go on auction next week will be six curved-glass display fridges, upright deli display fridges, curved-glass pie warmers, bains-marie, convection ovens, a 150-litre dough mixer, a dough moulder and steak grillers.

Other items range from a variety of stainless steel tables and stainless steel pot sinks to under-counter bar fridges, a vacuum-pack machine, a sausage filler and a biltong drying cabinet.

The assets will be on display for viewing at Bidway’s auction house at 179 Albert Road, Woodstock between 9am and 4pm on March 18.
