A new sectional title development, Quillets, has been launched in Clarens and will be set on almost 2ha of land on the outskirts of the Free State town.
Alongside Maluti Lodge Hotel and next to the start of the Titanic hiking trail, the development, which is being marketed by Pam Golding Properties, is in a spectacular location with mountain views all round.
However, it is only about 1.5km from the village centre and most of its amenities. Apart from an existing manor house of about 350m², which was built in the 1970s by a Johannesburg engineer, a further 38 units are planned for Quillets. And, as the property is located on a slope, each unit will have wide uninterrupted views.
