Amani Spa’s state-of-the-art flagship opens at The Houghton Hotel next year
One of the hotel's coups is that Amani Spa has secured its flagship wellness centre, Amani Spa @ The Houghton, at the Houghton Hotel.
The spa, which opens on the same day, features a couple’s suite with heated plunge pool, eight multi-function treatment rooms, a grand Rasul (for a traditional Arabian cleansing ritual), a hair and beauty salon with nail bar, an indoor relaxation area and a unique hot and cold spa vitality pool.
An extensive array of treatments will be on offer.
Amani Spa founder Ronleigh Gaddin confirms the state-of-the-art facility, which boasts spectacular views over Joburg’s urban forest, will be the collection’s flagship in Joburg.
Having opened her first spa in 2006, Gaddin has honed her expertise, operating spas catering to high-end guests in exotic locations, including luxury bush retreats and urban hubs and has developed a reputation for delivering an authentic African experience.
Amani Spas has received several awards recognising its accent on excellence.
Gaddin says Amani Spa @ The Houghton has been created to inspire and encourage residents and guests to embrace a healthier lifestyle for total well-being.
