Once the stomping ground of bootleggers and traders, and until the 1960s the main entrance into Stellenbosch, Bosmans Crossing will soon be the location of a contemporary new development, called Bosmans Club.

Offering secure living in Stellenbosch’s newest creative quarter, the development will appeal particularly to young professionals and post-graduate students who do not want to live in the centre of town, says Louise Varga, Pam Golding Properties area manager for Stellenbosch.

Designed by VertiKal Developments, Bosmans Club will comprise 46 units.

Starting at R1.4 million, the development is ideal for first-time buyers or investors looking for property in a vibrant area earmarked for long-term expansion and development.
