This week Pippa Hudson of Cape Talk invited me back to her show for another DIY chat. The 30 minutes fly by and it is becoming an event I look forward to every two months. I enjoy the interaction, even though I have to think on my feet and can’t do the research which is sometimes necessary.
Mrs Mac is always encouraging me to get with modern technology, so perhaps we must take another step up.

On a sadder note, the building industry lost one of those special, quiet men who worked behind the scenes.
He was the person who ensured that every piece of paper you sign when you enter into a contract was fair to everyone.
I am always telling you not to do any building without a contract, and those who do use contracts should know Jim Garner was one of those people who ensured everything was done as it should be.
Even well past retirement age, Jim was still going into the office to help others.
