‘Purchase property now for maximum profits’

Invest in property now, while the market is still correcting itself, advises Norman Raad, chief executive of Broll Auctions & Sales.

Raad says property has always been a safe haven for investment portfolios or as hedge against inflation but there are times when it can produce exceptional benefits.

“Investment timing must be right for maximum returns. Catch the current wave now and you will create unprecedented capital gains and profits. I believe the worst part of South Africa’s economic struggle has passed and we have much to look forward to.

“Listed funds are now selling their smaller properties and this bodes well for all savvy investors as availability of stock used to be the biggest challenge.

“Now with circumstances changing - and the market in the process of correcting itself - there are rare opportunities to invest in properties with assured dividend yields,” says Raad.

There will, for example, be several exciting options for investors in Broll’s multi-property auction at the Wanderers Club in Johannesburg on April 25 at noon.
