Willie van Rensburg of Home and Hectare (formerly BKB) says the farm, to be sold as a going concern, has almost no waste land and a sound infrastructure that includes homes, a shed, workshop, stores and offices.

“There is enough water in total to irrigate 45ha a year. The farm is ‘water-listed’ with the Perdeberg Water Scheme for 32ha a year, there is a dam of about 5ha on site, several boreholes, and the rainfall in the area ranges from 600mm to 850mm a year.

"The land use consists of about 8ha of table grape vines and the rest is also arable,” Van Rensburg says.

Viewing of the farm in Slent Road is by appointment. For more details, call Van Rensburg on 0832617641 or email [email protected]. -
