Peter Maskell Auctioneers is inviting tenders for a luxury equine smallholding in Alverstone in the Hillcrest area of KwaZulu-Natal.
The 11-hectare Meadowstar Stud in Alverstone Road has, according to Danielle Hoskins who is handling the sale for Maskells, “enormous potential for massive development and sub-division”.

Maskells is handling the tender request following instructions from the liquidators of Meadowstar Invest 44. Tenders are to be delivered to Jackie Seager-Hart at JV Hart, Unit 1 - Block C, 440 Townbush at Cascades, Montrose, Pietermaritzburg. The closing date for submissions is August 16.
