The first AC Hotel by Marriott in Africa opened in Cape Town Waterfront at The Yacht Club, Amdec's newly completed development in the Mother City.
The 188-room establishment with classic and modern design is located within The Yacht Club development, located within the Roggebaai Canal precinct just outside the V&A Waterfront; it comprises 170 luxury residential apartments, 6307m2 of prime office space, and the AC Hotel Cape Town Waterfront.

Guests have access to the AC Lounge, the AC Market (for convenient food offerings), the AC Library (a quiet space for reflection, with a wealth of reading material), a fully-equipped fitness centre, and 250m2 of event space, including meeting rooms and a boardroom.
