Malmesbury will soon be home to a modern rural farm-like lifestyle estate that will make the appeal of country living even stronger.
Chief executive of the Multi Spectrum Property (MSP) group of companies, Riaan Roos, says the Klipfontein Farm Lifestyle Estate will merge the countryside living trend with modern day living requirements.
The first two releases of a number of sub-schemes within the Klipfontein estate are Olive Place and Fonteine Village, with the greater estate offering a farm-like lifestyle surrounded by mountains, wheat fields and vineyards.
There will also be 30km of mountain bike and running trails, bird hides, outdoor gyms, a children’s pump track, on-site daycare facilities and a contemporary country clubhouse offering a lounge, children’s play area and viewing deck.
“Excellent perimeter security, 24-hour guards, armed response and access control ensure peace of mind,” Roos says.
Olive Place will include 90 spacious simplex homes with prices from R1.339 million while homes in phases one and two of Fonteine Village, an upmarket full-title retirement scheme, are complete.
Phase three is being released to market. Homes here are priced from R1.899m.
