Western Cape Auctions will sell the entire contents of a meat-processing plant - except for the cold and freezer rooms - at a public auction at 11am on January 29.
The equipment from the plant is in excellent condition, says auctioneer Chris Baard.
The auction will be held on Klein Joostenberg farm, situated on the R304 Stellenbosch/Klipheuwel road, heading towards Stellenbosch.
The assets on offer include Capdan Luna 250l twin cooking pots, a Unox 20-pan combination steamer, a No 52 Okto mincer, an MK 112 meat bandsaw, a 160l tumbler, a 200l blender, pot racks, stainless steel tables, an island fridge and a freezer and galvanised cold-room shelves.
All the equipment will be sold “voetstoots”, says Baard. Items may be viewed between 10am and 4pm on January 28 at Western Cape Auctions’ Klein Joostenberg farm premises.
