The innovative Le Parc Residential Estate in Paarl has achieved sales worth R100 million in its first 10 months, and its first residents have moved in.

The developers have now launched phase three of Le Parc’s designer homes, which are priced from R1.895m with no transfer duty payable.

“This phase offers 30 two, three and four-bedroom turn-key homes designed by Malherbe Rust Architects, with a choice of several home styles,” says Martin van Rooyen of Le Parc Residential Estate. Home sizes range from 104m² to 202m².

“We have attracted a diverse set of buyers – from couples, young families and more mature families to people wanting to downscale, and even investors.”

Novel recreational features at Le Parc include Le Grande Park, a large central park with a multi-sports grassed oval, children’s skate park and pump track, outdoor gym, tennis court and children’s play equipment.

There is also a 4km cycling and jogging track, additional pocket parks, and Le Petit Ami, the on-site nursery school for up to 150 children.

Olive groves, vineyards and orchards will be established throughout the estate.
