Bidway Auction House and The High Street Auction Company will combine forces to dispose of the of the complete contents of the well-known HQ Steakhouse in the heart of Cape Town on March 11 at 11am on site at 100 Shortmarket Street in Heritage Square.
All assets of the large restaurant that boasted “a mix of Provence, Paris and the best steak in Cape Town” on its menu will be sold. These include equipment from two kitchens, complete bar with stools and five under-counter fridges, more than 100 restaurant chairs and 30 tables, and eight leather couches.
Also to be knocked down will be catering equipment including five glass-door beverage coolers, a 150kg ice machine, double-head coffee machine, 10-pan convection oven, glasses, crockery, cutlery and utensils as well as HQ’s light fittings.
Viewing is on March 10 between 9am and 4pm.
