iolproperty, the third largest property portal in South Africa, has changed its name to Property360.

In addition to the name change, the portal will begin its integration with the property news website,

Property360

.

The website was initially conceptualised and started by IMS Property and developed by Afrozaar about two years ago as a property news website with unique content specifically written with the consumer in mind, and as an online leg of the company’s over 20 property print products.

The property news website gained recognition in its short time and was

awarded

a runner up Property News Website in this year’s prestigious SA Property Owners' Association's awards for excellence in journalism.

Warren Brewis, chief executive of IMS Property, says in time the website will be a fully-fledged portal and will form part of a complete 360-degree offering for all-things property.

Carolyn Savage, general manager of the new Property360, says clients can expect access to over 250 000 property listings for sale and to rent, access to a fully transparent back-end CRM reporting system which allows an agent to feature properties and increase listing exposure as well as manage lead referrals.

"With the name change comes a new drive to deliver an online property portal which encompasses all things property related from news content to listing packages, CRM software and detailed reporting.

"Our aim is to provide the lowest cost per lead out of the major portals and believe we are achieving this. Through continued development, we commit to delivering a solution all agencies can subscribe to and receive the most value from.

IMS Property editor, Vivian Warby, says she and her team will continue to supply property360.co.za with unique and relevant content and that followers can expect the same high-quality of editorial they have become accustomed to.

Savage and Brewis say they are excited to be one of the only portals to offer such a complete package to the market and will continue to strive to keep the new Property360 ahead of the game.
