ClareMart’s next multiple auction, scheduled for May 29, will offer a selection of properties across the spectrum of residential, commercial and industrial investments, says Farrell Perling, the auction group’s executive sales head.

One of the properties that will be on offer is a fully furnished, two-bedroomed, two-bathroom apartment in the trendy De Waterkant precinct.

It has views over the Waterfront and Table Bay Harbour.

“Some of the features of the block in which it is situated include a reception area; 24-hour security with CCTV surveillance and video intercom; 24-hour high-end concierge service; an on-site gym; a luxurious, heated indoor swimming pool and trendy shops,” he says.

Unit 503, Dockside, 31 Mechau Street, De Waterkant, can be viewed by appointment.

“The apartment offers an investment opportunity that promises to yield great returns,” Perling says.

A fully tenanted, mixed-use building in Goodwood is another property that Perling considers to represent “a lucrative investment opportunity”.

“With its prime location, next to the Spur restaurant, this building comprises one shop measuring about 160m²; two one-bedroom apartments of 56m² each; two two-bedroom apartments, each with a floor area of 82m²; and four garages which are currently used by the shop,” he says

Perling says 65 Voortrekker Road, Goodwood, can be viewed by appointment.

ClareMart’s next multiple auction will be held at the Hellenic Community Centre, 24 Bay Road, Mouille Point, at 12.30pm on May 29.
