Astoria Village shopping centre in Hermanus is to be auctioned by Rawson Auctions.

The centre is situated on the main road of the town, which allows for high visibility, says Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auction Western Cape.

Located at 117 Main Road (Erf 672, Hermanus), the property has a gross lettable area of about 2000m², she says.

The centre comprises 22 separate units and four offices.

Tenants include Spyros Jewellers, Land and Sea Surf and Sport, Finbond, Cash Converters, Lorenzo’s Barber Shop, The Big Byte Computer shop and Stitchcraft and Hobbies, Old Mutual and LB Voster Attorneys.

The property will be auctioned at Rawson Auction Western Cape's multiple property sale at noon on October 24 at the Rawson Property Group’s head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch.

No registration fee is required to bid with Rawson Auctions. However, the buyer will be required to pay a deposit of 5% of the purchase price, as well as 10% commission plus VAT over and above the purchase price, to Rawson Auctions on the seller’s acceptance of the bid.

Bidders are required to be registered and must have with them certified copies of their identity documents and proof of residence.

All offers should be submitted on Rawson Auctions’ offer to purchase form, with its standard terms and conditions. A copy can be obtained by contacting the Rawson Auctions Western Cape office on [email protected] or calling 0218371700.

Bids can be delivered to the Rawson Property Group’s head office in Rondebosch.
