In deceased and liquidation “must-sell” auctions, houses in Montclair and Ramsgate will be knocked down this month.
TIC Auctioneers’ offering in the deceased sale it is staging on site on October 25 is a double-storey residence at Montclair with private access and double garage. TIC auctioneer Jacques van Rooyen will call for bids at 45 Benson Road from 11am.
Van Rooyen says the five-bedroom house, with kitchens on both levels, is ideal for multiple tenancy to generate sustained rental income. The clinker brick walls are durable and require low maintenance and there is also an undeveloped plot for future development.
