After much uncertainty, Stadsig Country Estate in Wellington will finally be rejuvenated.

The further development of the estate, which has been left unattended following liquidation of the building contractor, will be taken over by Atvantage, a group of built environment professional services and development companies. Improvements in the estate’s urban and landscaping design will enhance the village character of the estate, says Paul Louw, Atvantage group director.

The construction of the new electrified perimeter security wall and fencing, together with the engagement of Thorburn Security Solutions will, for the first time, offer residents the peace of mind of a truly secured estate. Infrastructure and services to future phases of the development will follow in due course, says group chief executive Hessel Dijkstra.

“We’ll be offering prospective owners a selection of newly designed homes from Dennis Moss Partnership, esteemed Stellenbosch architects known for estates such as De Zalze, Welgevonden (Stellenbosch) and Eden Island (Seychelles).”
