Weylandts, one of South Africa’s leading furniture and home ware retail companies, will sell all its end-of-line and demo stock at a massive warehouse auction, with assets worth more than R3million to go to the highest bidders on the day.

Auctioneer Stef Olivier of Bidway Auction House will conduct the auction on behalf of Weylandts on May 11.

Going under the hammer will be furniture from across the spectrum - from lounge suites, leather armchairs, occasional chairs, diningroom tables and chairs to coffee tables, display cabinets and plasma stands, he says.

A selection of beautiful chandeliers that are exclusive to Weylandts as well as other light

fittings, lamps and decorative items will be available in the auction.

“Also featured will be a selection of chandeliers that are exclusive to Weylandts, as well as other light fittings, lamps and one-of-a-kind decorative items.”

The auction will be held at Weylandts’ premises at 3 Christiaan Avenue, Epping Industria 2, at 11am on May 11, with viewing on May 10 from 9am until 4pm.

Olivier suggests potential buyers grab the chance to view, inspect and decide on the items they would like to bid on ahead of the auction.
