Mrs Mac has decided this year she will host the end-of-year braai for the Cape Town Family History Society which she founded 16 years ago. This, of course, means she has demanded an upgrade of our braai area.
I have grabbed the chance to order a new stainless steel braai grid, which had to be purpose-made because we have a large pit. I popped in and placed the order on Monday, and it was ready for collection late the next day.
I have to give a bouquet this week to Patricia of Jv Lift Interiors, who specialise in stainless steel, including a whole range of braai accessories.
