In a liquidation disposal of a totally different nature, Maskell Auctioneers will on May 14 sell a country farm house in Umlaas Road, close to Manderston Station and the P120 Bisley Road.
The auction at 11.30am at Maskell’s premises at 47 Ohrtmann Road, Willowton, in Pietermaritzburg, will call for bids for a four-bedroom residence, second dwelling and a semi-detached cottage on about 10ha of land previously owned by CNC Systems, now in liquidation.
The property, known as “Crookes Farm Number 15723”, also features two bomas, a swimming pool, workshops, storerooms, staff accommodation and two garages.
