This year, 14 gardens will be open in the Elgin and Bot River districts of the Western Cape over two weekends.
Dates and times: October 27 and October 28 and November 3 and 4, from 10am to 5pm.
Entry to some gardens is free, others charge between R20 and R30. All gardens are giving a portion of their takings to a charity of their choice.
Refreshments: Some gardens are offering tea and light meals, and there are restaurants and food gardens in the area.
