A modern beachfront residence with panoramic views of the ocean at Yzerfontein on the Cape West Coast will be auctioned on site by Reliance Auctions on March 19 at noon.
The double-storey mansion at 79 Dassen Island Drive has five en-suite bedrooms, modern finishes and a boathouse and is, according to the auctioneers, in “excellent condition”. The 560m² property on a 780m² stand is being sold without a reserve price as the owner is emigrating.
The house is just 200m from Pearl Bay Beach and overlooks Dassen Island which - together with the West Coast National Park - is one of several nature reserves in the area.
“Originally a small harbour town 90km north of Cape Town, Yzerfontein is one of several undiscovered West Coast towns experiencing rapid growth.
