Located on the outskirts of Darling, next to the Darling Golf Course, a new eco-estate has been launched comprising 499 residential opportunities. This includes 139 country stands, 100 crafters’ and MTB Village homes, and 250 retirement village homes.

The various housing options mean that there is something to suite every lifestyle and budget, says Bridget Uys le Roux, an agent with Seeff Darling. This “exciting development” is a first of its kind for the West Coast and Seeff expects strong interest from buyers and investors.

The estate will be fully secure with 24/7 access control and CCTV cameras, providing a peace of mind lifestyle in a healthy environment. Additionally, it will be fibre-ready, allowing high-speed connected living in every way. Erf sizes start at 875m² priced at R395 000. The next size up is 1 200m².

There are also large erven ranging from 5 000m² to 1ha available. The developer has made the first 10 plots of 875m² available at a launch price of R345 000, Le Roux says.

Property owners will have three years to build and houses are available in various designs, ranging from two bedrooms to luxury four-bedroom homes.
