The first lot consists of five two-bedroomed self-catering log cabins overlooking the lagoon and beach at 17 Illovo Beach Road. A small communal pool serves the cabins which each have a rental potential of R6000 a month, says Andrew Giddy, property manager for Ian Wyles. “Five of the cabins are being let at this rate on a long-term basis while the other is used for shorter holiday accommodation.”
