Pfeiffer played Selina Kyle, also known as Catwoman, in the second instalment of the Batman film franchise, which starred Michael Keaton as Batman.
The corset on auction had a tag written by a stagehand clearly not adept at spelling. It read: “M. Pheiffer (sic), Stage 3, No. 4” indicating how well into production the corset was used.
