Set on a prime pocket of land in the heart of Langeberg Ridge in Durbanville, the estate will feature a number of landscaped parks and recreational areas.

Preserving the feel of the area, 28 existing trees on the site will remain untouched and maintain an element of natural living and environmental consciousness.

The newly released phase one includes 64 apartments and 32 free-standing homes, says Riaan Roos, chief executive of MSP Developers, which are also behind the award-winning Buh-Rein Estate.

“We believe that our designs, finishes, landscaping, amenities, security and unique location will set Bonsai Estate apart from anything else currently on offer in the area. It is being developed on a prime site, and promises to be a flagship scheme.”

The two-bedoom, one-bathroom apartments are priced at R1.3999 million and boast balconies and outdoor braai units. They also come with two parking bays, one covered and one open.

Each apartment has luxury fittings and finishes that include quality vinyl and tile flooring, engineered stone countertops, Bosch appliances, and Hansgrohe and Smeg sanitary ware.

There are six apartment configurations to choose from. The free-standing homes have three bedrooms and either two or 2.5 bathrooms.

These homes will be secured with a R25 000 reservation deposit and each boasts contemporary architecture with stylish interiors.

With nine configurations to choose from, each features a double garage with direct access to the house, and stateof-the-art finishes that include engineered stone countertops, Bosch appliances, Hansgrohe and Smeg sanitary ware, LED downlights, and a built-in-braai in an enclosed garden.
