A newly-built and furnished three-bedroom, double-storey cluster house in St Joan’s Terrace residential estate in Constantia will be auctioned by Rawson Auctions on August 28 at noon.

Situated a two-minute drive from Constantia Village, the 252m² secure property features on the first floor an open-plan lounge and dining area and spacious open-plan kitchen leading to a covered patio and small garden.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms (main en suite) with 3m high ceilings.

Tanya Jovanovski, franchisee of Rawson Auctions in the Western Cape, says the property is surrounded by a greenbelt in the front and the gardens of Timour Hall at the rear provide a peaceful atmosphere.

“The interior and exterior are modern with stylish and design-orientated fittings,” she says.

Rawson expects an opening bid of R5.8million for the property.

Moving to Zoutpansdrift in North West, Rawson will be auctioning a 50 hectare game farm nestled between the Crocodile River and a backdrop of scenic mountains.

Jovanovski says the well-positioned property comprises a spacious main dwelling and two large cottages, as well as several outbuildings.

She says the game on the farm is included in the sale.

Both properties will be auctioned at Rawson’s head office at 222 Main Road, Rondebosch, on August 28 at noon.
