Favoured with instructions from an international client, Michael James Organisation will soon auction three homes on a prestigious property in Parel Vallei, an affluent suburb of Somerset West, bringing an exciting investment opportunity to bidders.
This is according to the organisation’s Paula Voges, who describes the property to be auctioned as “unrivalled real estate, situated at the foot of the Helderberg, which offers the potential for bespoke development".
The property comprises three homes on separate erven on a site measuring 6.8ha. “The three properties will be auctioned individually and then as a whole,” says Voges.
