In a nomadic week, Peter Maskell Auctioneers of Pietermaritzburg is taking to the road to stage two liquidation auctions in far-flung locations.

On July 23 at 11.30am the sale setting will be 230km north of the KZN capital: the farming town of Dannhauser.

Maskells will call for bids for 1.14 hectares of prime industrial property, as well as several movable assets including augers, milling equipment and silos owned by the liquidated Crosswind Business Projects. The venue for the sale will be 6 Old Cambrian Road.

Then, on July at 11.30am, Maskells will travel over 200km to bring the hammer down on a 160ha part of the Empangeni sugar cane farm - with 35ha registered water rights - in the Nkwaleni Valley north of Eshowe.

Instructed by the liquidators of Umalusi Properties, the lots will include agricultural equipment such as a tractor, diesel tanks, trailers, grass cutters, and water tankers.

For more information about - and directions to - both properties, contact Danielle Hoskins on 082 801 6827 or 033-397 1190 or email [email protected].
