The auction of the more than 100 artworks, at 10am at 54 Aster Street, Heldervue, will feature works by acclaimed South African artists such as Wessel Marais, Marjorie Wallace, Zakkie Eloff, Luther Marais, Dale Elliott, Jan Dingemans, Pieter van der Westhuizen, Carl Buchner, Frans Claerhout and Walter Battiss. Photography by Neal Cooper, David Reade contemporary glass art pieces, ceramic plate and vessel art by Charmaine Haines, and 15 hand-knotted Oriental Persian rugs and runners will also come under the hammer.

At 11.15am, the well-appointed four-bedroomed residence with mountain and sea views will be sold. The property features a pool deck, double garage, and two self-contained flatlets, and is described as “immaculate” by the auction house.
