Ian Wyles Auctioneers will call for bids for a sectional title factory in Richards Bay on July 17 at 10.30 am on site.
The 200m² semi-detached mini-factory is at 4 Ber-Mart Park, 96 Alumina Allee, in Alton. On auction following the liquidation of JE Lubrication and Engineering Services, the property consists of a ground-level workshop and main office, with an extensive mezzanine accommodating more offices and storage.
Ber-Mart Park industrial complex fronts on to Alumina Allee, which is a main arterial road in Richards Bay carrying high volumes of passing traffic. The unit has “reasonably convenient” access to the R34 which links Richards Bay to the N2 freeway and Empangeni, as well as to the R619.
Among other assets of the liquidated business to be sold are steel lathes, compressors, welding machines, workbenches, hydraulic pumps, drills, trolleys, tools and office furniture. Also on offer is a light delivery vehicle.
