Operation Shanela makes significant inroads against crime in Ekangala and Bronkhorstspruit

Police apprehended 351 suspects during Operation Shanela in Tshwane's rural precincts, including arrests for gender-based violence, murder, and armed robbery. The operation also led to the seizure of an unlicensed firearm and closure of six liquor establishments for non-compliance.
