London - A libido-boosting pill has been shown to improve women’s sex lives. In a clinical trial, the pill, called Lady Prelox, was given to 86 women with an average sexual functioning level, based on a questionnaire taking into account factors such as desire, arousal and orgasm.
Their levels of sexual functioning increased significantly after four weeks of taking the pill daily.
Meanwhile in the women who took placebo there was barely any increase.
Prelox is already available as a supplement for men suffering erectile dysfunction and is a blend of two compounds, L-arginine and French maritime pine bark.
It is claimed these make people feel aroused by increasing nitric oxide production, which helps widen blood vessels and boost blood flow. - Daily Mail
