Model Bri Stern has filed a police report against internet personality Andrew Tate, alleging that he nearly choked her unconscious during a violent sexual encounter on March 11.
The incident reportedly took place while they were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
According to Stern’s statement to authorities, Tate began choking her during sex, but when it became too rough, she pleaded with him to stop. Instead, she claims he became even more aggressive.
The more she struggled, the more violent he became, until she felt herself losing consciousness.
Stern alleges the assault only ended when Tate had finished. Once he fell asleep, she went to the bathroom to document her injuries. A few days later, while in New York for work, she sought medical attention at an emergency room, where she was diagnosed with post-concussive syndrome.
TMZ obtained screenshots of alleged text messages between Stern and Tate, in which he appears to reference beating her.
Stern first met Tate in June last year while in Romania for a modelling job, and the two began a relationship. She claims he was often verbally abusive and threatening throughout their time together, but the choking incident was the first time he became physically violent.
Andrew Tate and his brother, Tristan, were previously arrested in Romania in 2022 on allegations of running a criminal organisation. Andrew is also facing rape charges in the country.
In addition, both brothers are being sued for sexual assault in the UK and the US, though neither has been convicted of any crimes.
The Tates returned to Romania last weekend for a court appearance related to their organised crime case.
