The romantic proposal took place during a picturesque getaway in the Turks and Caicos, where Kuzma meticulously crafted a scene infused with love. Setting the tone for a perfect Valentine's Day celebration, he adorned their cabin with an enchanting array of roses, balloons, chocolates, and Champagne.
Despite the overt romance in the air, Harlow was blissfully unaware of Kuzma’s intentions until the very moment of the proposal.
Reflecting on the surprise, Harlow recounted her initial thoughts to Vogue magazine, stating, “I still had no idea what this was. I was just like, 'This is so cute for Valentine’s Day, oh my gosh!'”
Although the fleeting notion of an engagement briefly crossed her mind, she chose to revel in the moment without spoiling the surprise.
